Terms and Conditions
The program
TAG Grinding Texts is a text messaging program that TAG Grinding Services, INC uses to run its own operations. By joining, you agree to these terms.
Messages are sent from (470) 348-8239. The program covers:
- Delivery ticket requests and approvals for our delivery drivers, including questions and replies about a request.
- Daily load schedules for delivery drivers.
- Purchase order approval requests for our company management (reply YES or NO).
- A daily summary of loads hauled, sent to our company management each evening. It is plain text, usually one message, and on a very busy day two.
- A daily summary of Cobb County yard sales, sent to our company management Monday through Saturday evenings, with the day's sales and customers. It is plain text, usually one message, and on the last day of the month two.
It is not a marketing program. We do not send promotions or advertising.
How to join
Delivery drivers and company management: text JOIN to (470) 348-8239. You can add your first name, like JOIN Sam. You will get a text back confirming you are signed up.
Company management may also agree by email to our request before any message is sent.
Joining is not required to work with us or to be paid. It is only a convenience.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the work. Company management gets one load summary each evening, and none on a day with no loads, and one yard sales summary Monday through Saturday, and none on Sundays or on a day with no sales. Most people receive fewer than 25 messages a week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and data under your plan. A long message, such as a load summary on a very busy day or the yard sales summary on the last day of the month, may be sent as two text messages.
Stop and help
Text STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one confirmation and no more messages after that.

Carriers and delivery
The program works with major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot promise that every text will arrive, so do not rely on a text alone for anything urgent or safety related. Call us.
Your information
We do not sell or share mobile numbers for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may update these terms or end the program. We will post changes at this address with a new effective date. If you keep using the program after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
